The irony of Kim Kardashian exclaiming “It seems like nobody wants to work these days...have a good work environment where everyone loves what they do...no toxic work environments..." is far from reality. These out of touch opinions make people feel stressed and shamed. People are tired of "rise and grind."

The era of glamorous nonemployment, the stay at home mom/wife/gf/partner, and quiet quitting has become the "it girl" dream.
